Based in Delray Beach, Florida, The GEM Basketball Facility is a premier training hub for youth development through elite basketball training, mentorship, and academic support. Our programs are designed to elevate every athlete — on the court, in the classroom, and in life.

Our Mission

To empower student-athletes through high-level skill development, structure, and a culture rooted in Growth, Effort and Mastery.

What We Offer

Growth: A 9-week small-group training academy for boys and girls ages 7–16. Sessions run twice per week and focus on skill development, basketball IQ, and confidence.
The Foundation: A full-time homeschool program combining online academics with elite daily training. Designed for serious student-athletes who want structure, mentorship, and results.
Camps: High-energy, full-day basketball camps that build core skills, live game experience, and love for the game.
Travel Teams: Competitive teams that train and compete locally and nationally. Athletes are grouped by age to ensure development and competitive integrity.
Private Training: 1-on-1 and small group training sessions available for youth to pro-level athletes.
Community Impact: Scholarships, free camps, and outreach programs to serve under-resourced youth across South Florida.
